1. The Grievance Officer

2. What you can bring to the Grievance Officer
- a complaint about content in, or conduct on, the Service that you believe breaks our Acceptable Use Policy or the law, including a copyright complaint;
- a complaint about how we handle your personal data, or a request about your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or any other data-protection law;
- a complaint about our services or about how we have applied our policies to you;
- a lawful order or a notice from an authority that concerns content in the Service; for the way we handle legal process more generally, see our policy on legal requests from authorities.
3. How we deal with a grievance
- We acknowledge it within 24 hours of receiving it.
- We resolve it within seven days of receiving it, or within any other period that the law requires for that kind of complaint, and we tell you our decision and our reasons. If a complaint needs more information from you, the time runs from when we receive it.
- Where a complaint is that content in a Room is unlawful, we may remove or disable access to it quickly and tell the Customer, as the Acceptable Use Policy describes. We act at once on a lawful order from a court or authority.
- If you are not satisfied, you may take the matter to any court, regulator or authority that has jurisdiction. For personal data, that includes the Data Protection Board of India once its complaint provisions apply, and the supervisory authority in your country.
4. Please include
Your name and how to reach you; the Room, document, account or web address concerned, as precisely as you can; what you are complaining about, when, and what you want us to do; and any order or notice you rely on. Do not send the confidential material itself.
