Each room is priced and billed separately. A room is prepaid for a term of 3, 6 or 12 months; three months is the minimum. The price for a term is the monthly rate multiplied by the number of months. Fees are for access to the platform, are not contingent on the outcome of a transaction, and are non-refundable once a room is activated. See our Refund Policy.
On dual-control approval
Dual-control approval of high-risk access grants, such as granting the original file of a document, is included on Enterprise: a second, independent administrator signs off before the grant applies. On Starter and Pro, such a grant still requires a fresh second-factor check before it applies, not silent execution. On every plan, turning off a room's multi-factor authentication or watermarking, narrowing the watermark's scope, or clearing its IP allowlist, needs a second, independent administrator's sign-off.
Billing
Payment is currently accepted via Wise bank transfer, for the full term up front. Pricing and billing terms are confirmed individually in writing before activation. See our Terms of Service for the full billing policy.
